Yes, we have a minimum rental period of 4 hours for all party equipment rentals.
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to hold your rental reservation upon booking. The remaining balance is due in advance of your receipt of any equipment/materials/products/etc (as well as any additional deposits or services desired)
We accept cash, credit cards, and checks (Checks must be paid no later than 10 business days before the event date with a valid Georgia driver’s license). We will assess a $35.00 fee for any returned checks.
All delivered orders must be paid in full 3 business days before the scheduled delivery date.
Delivery is available for all orders of $500+ at a fee determined by zip code (or $100 minimum delivery charge, whichever is greater). Delivery is considered as a drop off at street level with additional charges for stairs, hills, or other difficult locations.
All glassware, flatware, China, etc are delivered what we consider “Table Ready” and will be neatly stacked and labeled for convenience.

Setup and knock down services are available at a reasonable additional cost if arranged for in advance.
There are no refunds on deposits or prepaid orders. If for some reason you need to cancel your order, a customer credit will be issued toward future rentals and is valid for 1 year from the original event date.
